We specialize in creating meetings that embody, in a tangible way, the purposes and products of our clients. In other words, for us an event is the practical experience of the marketing promise that our client makes to one or more of its stakeholders. An WCP-produced event ‘walks the talk’ of our clients’ market messages.

We carry this engagement into group dialogs and experiences that unleash the creative insights of the gathering as a whole. WCP has on-staff event strategists and managers as well as longstanding relationships with event vendors who work with us as a team. We have staff specialists in marketing, promotions, agenda and program design, facilitation, financial management and technology. Our vendor partners are expert in entertainment, food, site design, registration, transportation and hospitality, audio-visual and communications and other event production aspects. We engage other professionals, such as subject-matter experts and activity specialists according to the requirements of the activities.
