Our programming can be designed to engage attendees before a gathering as well as after it. Ahead of the gathering, we create on-line experiences that turn participants into friends looking forward to meeting each other in person. These same on-line capabilities can be available once the event is over, enabling people to grow their relationships and continue their work together. We use Gaiaspace community and collaboration software as our meeting support environment and can tap in to EASE Gaiaspace community resources as is useful.

We work with inventive, technically astute production designers to bring our client’s vision of an experience into life. As appropriate, our events incorporate learning environments, creative dialogs, spontaneous fun, private and public meeting spaces, food and entertainment, transportation and lodging, event registration and support and complete event management.
